We can guide you through the maze of car insurance jargon and help you make sure your policy contains the features that you require such as guaranteed or protected no claims bonus, nil excess or low excess, voluntary excess to reduce your premium, windscreen cover, legal expenses cover, a courtesy car, breakdown cover. We'll also help you choose whether to have third party fire and theft or comprehensive cover.
In the event of a claim we will guide you through the process. This does not usually involve completing a claim form any more, as most insurance companies now operate a telephone claim reporting and service line. However, sometimes, insurance companies do not deal with claims as efficiently or as fairly as you feel they ought to. Because we are independent and act for you we are here to intervene if you feel your claim is not being dealt with to your satisfaction, allowing you to fell confidence in our car insurance.
